Molten chocolate cakes - ideal for all addicted to chocolate. Warm melted center and thick coat are accompanied best with ice cream. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1. 120 g unsalted butter, plus more for buttering ramekins
2. 170 g chocolate
3. 2 large eggs
4. 2 large egg yolks
5. 70 g sugar
6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
7. Pinch of salt
8. 25 g all purpose flour

Preheat your oven to 175°C. Prepare 6 ramekins by greasing them with butter and dusting with flour. It will prevent cakes from sticking.

Chop the chocolate.

Melt the butter and mix with the chopped chocolate.

Stir until the mixture is smooth and the chocolate is melted completely.

In a separate bowl mix eggs, yolks, sugar, salt and vanilla extract. Using a whisk, beat everything together until pale and smooth.

Fold in the flour and chocolate. And gently mix to combine.

Divide the batter between ramekins and bake for 10 minutes in the oven. Cakes can be frozen before baking and cooked later.

Leave to cool for a minute and turn onto the plate.

Serve with double cream, vanilla ice cream or berries. Enjoy your meal!
